Qualifications

• Extensive experience with CNC programming, setup, and machine operation.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models, interpret tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for new and existing products.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Program multiple platforms including horizontal mills, vertical mills, and sub-spindle lathes.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and efficient machining processes.
• Read and interpret drawings and 2D/3D models.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and production issues.
• Improve cycle times, equipment effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead machining initiatives and guide team members.
