Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years direct CNC programming experience.
• Experience with nickel, cobalt, and titanium alloys in aerospace machining.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead turning and milling programming development, instruction, and debugging with Repair Development Engineers and machining leads.
• Support operations with CNC programming changes as needed.
• Support NPI development with new CNC programs.
• Collaborate on fixturing development with Repair Development Engineers and machining leads.
• Work with Process Engineers on CAD model development and validation for milling and turning.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineering staff on various initiatives.
