Hadrian is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with deep CNC machining expertise for our FX facility in Torrance, CA. You will define and optimize machining processes from CAM strategy through first‑part‑off and ensure repeatable production of high‑performance aerospace parts.

You will partner with SMEs to install new capabilities, select capital equipment, and drive process validation using DOE, SPC, and capability studies in a fast‑moving, high‑mix environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering in CNC machining for aerospace/defense, medical, or electronics.
• Deep multi‑axis milling/turning experience (3–5 axis).
• CAM proficiency and ability to direct programming strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with titanium or Inconel alloys.

Aufgaben

• Lead CNC machining process development end to end for complex aerospace/defense parts.
• Qualify processes to capable production with Cp/Cpk, SPC, and DOE.
• Support capital equipment selection & FAT with vendors.
• Assist in bringing new machining capabilities online and ramping production.
• Provide DFM feedback and drive cycle‑time/cost improvements.
