Qualifications

5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex CNC equipment.
Experience leading or mentoring maintenance technicians preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, boring mills, and other production equipment.
Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on electronic and mechanical systems.
Utilize diagnostic tools including multimeters, infrared scanners, and other test equipment.
Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, part manuals, and technical documents.
