Job summary

Turn-Key Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin.

The role focuses on independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC horizontal boring mills with FANUC controls. Ideal candidates will have strong Mastercam offline programming experience and the ability to manufacture precision components from engineering drawings through final inspection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency in Mastercam offline CNC programming.
• Experience with FANUC CNC controls.
• Strong independent CNC machine setup capabilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience machining large components, weldments, and precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop CNC programs using Mastercam offline programming software.
• Set up and operate CNC horizontal boring mills with FANUC controls.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Determine machining strategies, tooling requirements, feeds, speeds, and workholding methods.
• Machine large steel and aluminum components, weldments, and precision machine parts.
• Establish work offsets, tool offsets, and machining setups.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling issues, and machining challenges.
• Inspect completed components using precision measuring equipment.
