Turn-Key Solutions (TKS) is seeking an experienced, self-motivated CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This position requires an experienced machinist capable of independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC horizontal boring mills equipped with FANUC controls. The ideal candidate will have strong Mastercam offline programming experience and the ability to manufacture precision components from engineering drawings through final inspection. Our manufacturing environment focuses on custom automation equipment, large weldments, and low-volume, one-of-a-kind components.

• Independently develop CNC programs using Mastercam offline programming software.
• Set up and operate CNC horizontal boring mills equipped with FANUC controls.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Determine machining strategies, tooling requirements, feeds, speeds, and workholding methods.
• Machine large steel and aluminum components, weldments, and precision machine parts.
