Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of CNC Lathe operation experience
• Proficiency in Mazatrol programming
• Experience mentoring others is a plus
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret measurements
• Capability to process parts from start to finish with precision

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Lathes
• Lead and mentor a team of machinists
• Inspect parts and maintain documentation
• Handle multiple jobs with changeovers and tool changes
• Operate forklift (training provided)
• Ensure a safe working environment
