Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with horizontal machining centers and multi-axis equipment.
• CAD/CAM experience preferred.
• Proven troubleshooting and process optimization experience.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced setup and operation of CNC horizontal machining centers.
• Lead machining operations involving complex fixturing and multi-axis equipment.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs and machining processes.
• Interpret complex blueprints, assemblies, and GD&T requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process-related issues.
• Develop and improve workholding and fixturing solutions.
• Optimize setup times, cycle times, and overall productivity.
• Mentor and train CNC Machinist I and II team members.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
