Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an Advanced CNC Engineer to refine CNC processes, manage tooling and programming, and raise yield while reducing scrap. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and cross-functional collaboration across the shop floor.

You will mentor operators, lead TPM/Kaizen initiatives, and partner with design and quality teams to advance machinability and workflow. Expect a dynamic, hands-on environment in Hillside, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in advanced CNC machining roles.
• Experience with lathes and mills and programming.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing tasks.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• Experience with TPM, Kaizen and Setup Reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC programming and operation execution to meet quality and throughput goals.
• Improve tooling oversight and setup processes to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality to optimize inspection schedules and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through TPM, Kaizen and setup reduction initiatives.
• Mentor operators and engineers; uphold 5S workplace standards.
• Collaborate with designers/engineers to improve machinability and tooling.
