Job summary

High Point Residence Wood River is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and a Lead CNA to support our care team. The Lead CNA role includes hands-on resident care plus leadership responsibilities and mentoring for CNAs on the shift.

Starting pay for Lead CNA is $20.00/hour with both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities. Open shifts include 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; every other weekend and on-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, families and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Support daily routines and individualized care for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Communicate effectively with nursing leadership and care team.
• Lead CNA: provide shift leadership and mentor CNAs.
