High Point Residence Crete is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our resident-centered care team. This role supports daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship in a safe, caring environment.

Rotating schedule with every other Monday, Friday, and weekend off, strong teamwork, and accurate electronic documentation are expected. We value reliability, empathy, and a commitment to quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation
• Ability to work assigned shifts and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Monitor and document vital signs as directed by nursing staff
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure quality, resident-centered care
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being
