Health Dimensions Group, Inc is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living community and deliver high-quality care with compassion and integrity. Openings on all 3 shifts. You’ll support residents with daily activities, document vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe, dignified environment.

We value compassionate care, strong communication, and teamwork. CNA certification is required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Accurately measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other essential health data.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with rehabilitative and restorative activities as directed by the care team.
