ElderCare At Home, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead CNA to join our private-pay home care team serving New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties. The role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home care with a dependable, compassionate approach.

You will mentor field staff, provide personal care, companionship, and safe mobility support, while helping maintain a professional, patient-centered home environment with guaranteed hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Prior hands-on caregiver or CNA experience required
• Valid driver's license and Current auto insurance required
• Background checks required

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Communicating client updates as needed
• Providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care
• Filling in for caregiver call-outs as needed to help ensure clients continue receiving dependable care
• Acting as the face of the office in the field by representing the company with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication
• Mentoring and supporting field staff by helping model quality care, reliability, and professional standards while working with clients and caregivers

Eldercare at Home is a trusted private pay home care company that has been serving families for 50 years. We provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead CNA to join our team.

Pay & Schedule

• $22/hr
• 32 hours per week guaranteed
• Hiring immediately
