Job summary

Eldercare at Home is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care across New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties. We offer weekly direct deposit, paid travel time, a weekend differential, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Caregiving experience, or a CNA certification (new CNA graduates, Nursing and Public Health students welcome).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance, since transporting clients is part of the role.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and essential home management.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and support for each client's physical and emotional comfort.

Pay

• Caregivers (PCA): $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Weekend differential on top of your base rate
• Paid travel time between clients
• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Your schedule, your way

Full-time and part-time positions with up to 40 hours per week. Choose from days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends. Shifts ranging from 4, 6, 8, 10, to 12-hour shifts. Interview and start working in the same week.
