Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE) is seeking a CMT Project Manager in Sulphur, LA who will own client relationships, manage technician teams, and drive project outcomes.

You will oversee soils, concrete, or asphalt testing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely reporting. The role requires 7+ years of CMT experience or a relevant degree with experience, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
• 2+ years of CMT (Construction Materials Testing) experience—soils, concrete, asphalt testing/inspection.
• Certifications such as ACI, NICET, or LA DOTD preferred.
• Strong computer skills with standard testing/data programs.
• Solid verbal and written communication; comfort with numbers.
• Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit for extended desk work.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships as the primary contact for projects.
• Draft proposals, set up projects, and secure project numbers.
• Coordinate teams and work with dispatch to staff jobs.
• Review, sign, and distribute reports; manage billing and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and client base.
• Promote safety leadership on jobsites and in the office.
