Job summary

Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE) in Sulphur, LA is seeking a CMT Project Manager with hands-on soils, concrete, or asphalt testing experience to own client relationships, technician teams, and project outcomes.

You will lead safety and quality on site, coordinate dispatch for staffing, draft proposals, and drive business growth while maintaining strong client trust and project excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma + 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree + 1 year
• 2+ years of CMT experience (soils, concrete, asphalt) preferred
• ACI/NICET/LA DOTD certifications preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and testing/data software
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with numbers
• Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit for extended desk work
• Clean background check

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary contact
• Draft proposals, set up projects, and start work smoothly
• Coordinate teams and dispatch for staffing
• Review and distribute reports; ensure billing accuracy
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships
• Lead safety standards on jobsites and offices
