Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE) is seeking a CMT Project Manager in Beaumont with hands-on soils, concrete or asphalt testing to own client relationships and project outcomes. You’ll lead technician teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive business growth across Texas and Louisiana.

The role emphasizes sharpening technician skills, coordinating field work, and delivering airtight quality reports while expanding client relations and project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality reports.
• Experience drafting proposals, setting up projects, and initiating work.
• Lead and coordinate field technicians and communicate with dispatch.
• Strong understanding of quality control, billing, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Draft proposals, secure project numbers, and start projects smoothly.
• Coordinate teams; assign and train technicians; liaise with dispatch.
