Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking a CMT Project Manager based in Beaumont, Texas. You will administer assigned projects, serve as the primary firm representative, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining project documentation, coordinating technicians, and managing billing. The role emphasizes communication, leadership, and a commitment to project success within a geosciences context.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to pass a background check.
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years experience OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum of 1 year experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Capacity to communicate verbally and in writing and a high aptitude for math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals using approved formats.
• Obtain a Project No. after providing proposal and data.
• Know project plans and documents; understand client needs.
• Assign technicians and back-up staff to projects.
• Meet with client and project personnel to ensure project needs are met.
• Review and distribute reports and project billing.
• Train technicians on reporting requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable for assigned projects.
• Contribute to safe work environment for all staff.
• Support business development and client retention.
