Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• At least 6 months of experience in the offered job or a related occupation.
• Experience troubleshooting semiconductor equipment during final testing using knowledge of flow controllers and RF, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Mentoring others on semiconductor fundamentals and observability design; training others on equipment installation, testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow through CMP tools during assigned shift with focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot basic tool issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Respond to qualification failures using existing procedures and propose solutions.
• Conduct root cause investigations of material, equipment, and process change points; monitor trends and report potential failure points.
• Coordinate with technicians and engineers to respond to equipment downs and disposition of material per SPC rules.
• Lead operational improvement projects using LEAN principles to streamline practices.
