Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating supplies, handling patient relations, and assisting with audits and evaluations. Requires active CMA/CCMA/NCMA/RMA certification and bilingual abilities; compensation is $26-28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate required.
• Active MA certification (CMA/CCMA/NCMA/RMA or equivalent) required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Armenian/Russian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office staff and training programs.
• Monitor patient flow and manage referrals.
• Assist with back office operations during breaks/lunches.
• Coordinate supply orders and vaccine stock.
