Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division seeks an Engineering Supervisor-Clutch for our Kings Mountain, NC facility. This on-site leadership role directs the Manufacturing Engineering team across 24/7 operations and drives process improvements.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years in engineering, 6+ months in a lead role, and knowledge of PFMEAs, Control Plans, and PROLaunch. Relocation assistance offered within the US/PR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years engineering experience and six months in a team lead role.
• US immigration sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Lead plant-level deviations and PFMEA activities.
• Drive cost reductions through process improvement and lean tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, IATF, OSHA) in areas of responsibility.
• Lead and develop the manufacturing engineering team with performance reviews.
• Support capital planning and new technology deployment.
