Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform and report accurate results for automated and manual clinical laboratory procedures
Mentor team members and train junior staff
Lead troubleshooting, process improvements, and LEAN 6S initiatives
Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, GCLP and safety standards
Identify irregularities affecting test results and notify supervisors
Analyze laboratory metrics and oversee projects to improve performance
Support staff training and competency assessments; may act as General or Technical Supervisor
Follow ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines for work
