Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an Intelligent Workplace Platform Lead to drive strategy, governance, and enablement of Microsoft 365 with a focus on AI-powered productivity. You will oversee SharePoint, Viva Suite, Power Platform, and Copilot, ensuring secure, compliant operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a modern, AI-enabled employee experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, governance expertise, and experience with enterprise collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 platform ownership or governance.
• Experience with governance for Power Platform and Copilot agents.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, Viva Suite configuration, and Teams integration.
• Experience managing Employee Experience platforms such as Unily or Staffbase.
• Experience implementing security-aligned governance (labels, DLP, audit) and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for Microsoft 365 modern workplace solutions (SharePoint, Viva Suite, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for Copilot agents and Power Platform environments.
• Lead architecture and rollout of employee experience portals leveraging Viva Suite.
• Collaborate with Security to ensure compliance with labels, DLP, and audit requirements.
• Hands-on development of Copilot Agents and connectors using Copilot Studio.
• Monitor service reliability for SharePoint/Teams and readiness for Copilot-enabled meetings.
