Job summary

2K Games is seeking a Lead Security Architect to grow and lead the Security Engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and operate security across AWS, Windows, and container orchestration systems, mentor engineers, and drive security improvements across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with tech and development teams to implement secure, scalable solutions, shape technical direction, and ensure robust security, reliability, and efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating security for large enterprise environments.
• Ability to explain complex topics to a technical audience.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers.
• Knowledge of Linux platforms and enterprise security design.
• Understanding zero trust architecture in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement defensive security controls for AWS, Windows, and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Lead cloud IAM and network security strategy; define security policies and orchestration practices.
• Maintain security documentation and provide training on security awareness.
