Avathon, Inc. is hiring a Lead Engineer, Cloud Operations to own the platform’s production run in GCP, AWS, and Azure, across managed Kubernetes, edge deployments, and customer environments. You will design infrastructure, automate, and drive reliability, security, cost controls, and deployment standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, incident response, and collaboration with product, data and ML teams to ensure scalable, secure operations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps roles
• 3+ years leading engineers
• Hands-on with two or more cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Experience running Kubernetes at scale
• Experience with CI/CD and release automation
• Security, cost and compliance exposure in cloud environments

Responsabilidades

• Own uptime, performance and incident response for SaaS and customer deployments
• Define SLOs, monitoring and alerting for services, data pipelines and models
• Manage multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
• Own CI/CD and release processes for safe, frequent ship cycles
• Support edge and air-gapped deployments and on-prem environments
• Lead and mentor the cloud/DevOps team; collaborate with product and ML teams
