Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Cloud Integrations Engineer to drive migration experiences for clients. You will plan, provision, migrate and optimize cloud-based environments, ensuring successful outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in enterprise VMware administration and strong experience with OpenStack, AWS, and VMware tools. You will lead the Cloud Integration team, manage escalations, and collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure and Development to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years recent experience as a technical, hands-on, enterprise VMware administrator.
Experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
Experience managing scalable, highly available virtualized VMware infrastructures and multiple virtual environments.
Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, OpenStack, AWS).
Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure services (BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS).
4+ years as a technical support representative with hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Deliver migration services to meet 11:11 Systems’ integrations strategy for customers.
Act as a technical lead for the Cloud Integration team to resolve migration/integration problems.
Triage requests and plan technical requirements with the team.
Escalate issues to vendor support and collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure and Development.
