Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead architecture, engineering, and delivery of cloud-based CCaaS and Generative AI solutions. You will shape technical strategy, design scalable AWS-based architectures, and guide cross-functional teams through build, testing, deployment, and production support.

You will translate client requirements into robust delivery plans, mentor practitioners, and partner with executives and operations leaders to manage delivery risks and ensure KPI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based CCaaS solutions using platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE CXONE, or Five9 with Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with AWS integration, cloud-native architectures, APIs, data flows, security controls, CI/CD, and SDLC governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, and delivery of CCaaS and Generative AI solutions across stakeholders.
• Design scalable AWS-based CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, Bedrock, and related services.
• Translate client requirements into technical architectures, integration designs, and delivery plans.
• Mentor Deloitte practitioners and collaborate with executives, architects, and operations leads.
