Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to design and deliver enterprise cloud, data, and AI solutions in a security-conscious environment. The role focuses on building scalable architectures with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, and sophisticated retrieval systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive DevOps practices, and collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities. The position emphasizes governance, reliability, and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related work experience with at least two years in development.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Develop Agentic AI applications using AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design intelligent search and knowledge retrieval solutions for enterprise content and information.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and cloud-native data platforms on AWS.
• Create reusable services, APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-native engineering capabilities.
