Up Closets of Collin County seeks an experienced Lead Operations and Closet Installer to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. The role blends hands-on installation leadership with day-to-day operations oversight, ensuring smooth projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, experience reading design plans, and proven leadership. You will lead installation teams, coordinate schedules, maintain site quality, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in closet installation, cabinetry, finish carpentry or related trade.
Strong carpentry, measuring, leveling, drilling, and installation skills.
Ability to read measurements, plans and design drawings.
Experience leading or supervising a crew.
Organized and able to manage multiple project details.

Responsibilities

Lead installation of closets, pantries, garages, home offices and more.
Read and interpret plans and installation specifications.
Ensure accurate, efficient installations per company standards; troubleshoot on-site.
Maintain clean, professional job site and protect customer homes.
Coordinate with ownership and design team on project details and materials.
Oversee on-site team, delegate tasks, monitor quality and safety.
