Job summary

UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital seeks a Clinician nurse leader who will oversee professional nursing practice and serve as a high‑level role model in patient care. Under supervision of the Unit Director, you will evaluate staff, participate in hiring decisions, and manage daily performance for a group of direct reports.

You will actively precept student nurses and new staff, lead clinical practice improvements, and support onboarding and ongoing education to maintain excellence in care.
