Qualifications

• Develops and maintains productive working relationships and mentors colleagues.
• Applies performance improvement tools to improve care quality and outcomes.
• Precepts students and new staff; assists with onboarding of new hires.
• Leads and participates in shared leadership at unit or system level.
• Ensures nursing care aligns with Evidence-Based Practice and patient safety goals.
