Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Lead Clinician for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team in Massachusetts. This role provides clinical supervision, acts as a primary case manager for 4–8 adults with serious mental illness, and delivers individualized interventions in a community-based setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, a current clinical license (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC preferred), and at least 2 years of experience with

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field.
  • Current clinical license preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC).
  • At least 2 years of experience with adults with substance use disorders.
  • At least 1 year of supervision experience in mental health settings.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as part of the Leadership team.
  • Provide clinical supervision to team members.
  • Serve as primary case manager to 4–8 clients per Eliot’s policies and PACT standards.
  • Provide direct clinical interventions to individuals served.
  • Assist in completing assessments as assigned by Team Leader or Forensic Psychologist.
  • Contribute to development of clinical interventions, risk assessments, and IAPs.

PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience as well as proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential. |

Annual Salary
$80,000—$90,000 USD
