Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise an ACCS team serving adults with mental illness. You will coordinate recovery, vocational, and clinical services, ensuring culturally competent, person-centered treatment plans across residential and community settings.

The role requires a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, MA driver’s license, and licensure or commitment to obtain licensure within the licensing body's timeframe.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field is required.
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
  • Licensure or commitment to obtain licensure within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all administrative and clinical functions of the team and team members.
  • Monitor the overall delivery of services and the utilization of support for clients served.
  • Coordinate case management services, including income management, insurance, and scheduling/coordination of medical and psychiatric appointments.
  • Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and reflect individual preferences.
  • Promote independence and strength-based interventions to help clients reach goals.
  • Integrate recovery services, vocational support, and clinical care into treatment and interventions.
  • Facilitate and oversee clinical assessments, risk, and crisis management evaluations.
  • Provide direct clinical interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating schedule.

Eliot is seeking an experienced and strong Team Leader to supervise a multidisciplinary ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that recovery services, vocational services, and clinical support are incorporated into the treatment plans for each individual client. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience as well as a background in community-based work with adults with persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating schedule
Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Annual Salary: $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD
