Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, supervision, and leadership within our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. You will oversee assessments and treatment planning while supporting staff and delivering evidence-based interventions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and MA licensure eligibility, with a 3-day-per-week schedule (approximately 24 hours). Salary ranges reflect competitive, community-focused compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, social work, or related field.
• LICENSE: Eligible for or possess Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support in developing treatment interventions.
• Teach and model clinical interventions using strength-based strategies and evidence-based practices.
• Provide field and office-based supervision to case management and direct care staff.
• Facilitate recovery-based services focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences.
• Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including assessments, crisis plans, and initiating person-centered care.

| Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, intervention and supervision to clients as part of one of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision. |

| Qualifications: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, social work, or related field Experience working with adults with mental illness Vaid Massachusetts drivers license Eligible or posess clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc. |

Annual Salary
$39,000—$45,000 USD
