Purpose of this position:Provides professional therapeutic services, casework, and support to clients and oversight of therapeutic staff.Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:Knowledge of professional casework principles, practices and methodologyKnowledge of individual and group behavior in the interrelationships between social, economic, psychological and general physiological factorsKnowledge of current social, economic and health problems and resources with emphasis upon factors relating to physical and mental health of all age groupsKnowledge of the principles and methods of program interpretation and community organizationKnowledge of best practice methodology in treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
