Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in behavioral health.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to program staff.
• Mentor staff to promote evidence-based care and professional growth.
• Onboard and train staff on agency policies and standards.
• Partner with Program Coordinator for staff development and evaluations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and guide crisis interventions.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Deliver direct client services when needed.
