Job summary

Youth & Family Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise the clinical team across our Lake County locations. The role involves direct supervision of staff, development of training programs, and ensuring quality clinical services in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

With a master’s degree and independent licensure, you will coordinate CEU offerings, mentor clinicians, and provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed staff or interns.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, or related field.
• License to practice independently (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD).
• Minimum two years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
• Experience providing supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, lead and supervise staff and assigned program activities.
• Provide supervision to staff and ensure quality clinical services.
• Develop training schedules and coordinate CEU programming.
• Review assessments and treatment plans; provide clinical consultation for emergencies and complex cases.
