UNC Rex Acute Care Team is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide operational and supervisory support for delivery of high quality patient care in North Carolina. The role emphasizes budget awareness, staff communication, and program development.

Qualified candidates bring at least five years of clinical experience and proper licensure in rehabilitation or related fields. The position is onsite with a 40-hour work week and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical experience required.
• Licensed to provide care in a rehabilitation-related field in NC.
• LCSW or equivalent licensure may be required for Alcohol & Substance Abuse tracks.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and supervisory support to the department.
• Lead team meetings and staff development activities.
• Collaborate with manager on personnel selections and orientations.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and productivity.
• Deliver patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Address escalated patient care issues and ensure safety and quality.
