The position requires RN licensure in North Carolina, with BSN preferred and at least five years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• 5 years experience in the clinical setting required.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical and administrative resource for Lenoir Memorial Hospital and its staff during the absence of the senior management team.
• Patients and families are served in providing direct patient care services and, in doing so, project a positive image of the hospital.
• Collaborates with staff, physicians, and other health care team members.
