Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse Manager (RN) for our Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role involves direct client visits in the home as well as leading clinical staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include visiting Adult/Pediatric clients, developing and overseeing care plans, supervising field staff, and guiding new hire orientation and competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
