Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. You will lead a team of nurses, perform clinical assessments, and develop care plans for adult clients in their homes across Philadelphia County.

The role offers leadership development, pathways for career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary reflects 85k–90k with weekly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
