Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Clinical Research Coordinators (3–6 direct reports) and manage workload and productivity.
• Provide operational leadership across sponsor-driven, cooperative group, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Ensure recruitment targets, data entry timelines, budgets, and sponsor requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Regulatory department to maintain appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Oversee study data integrity, quality control procedures, and audits or reviews of study protocols.
