You will supervise staff, collaborate with investigators and sponsors, monitor safety events, and help manage budgets and timelines for one or more studies. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Experience with research protocols and regulatory bodies (HIPAA, FDA, IRB) and Good Clinical Practices.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrated project/program leadership skills.
• Demonstrated disease knowledge / study design experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subject recruitment and enrollment goals and develop strategies to recruit and retain participants in trials.
• Monitor and manage data for research projects; organize, report and interpret data.
• Develop project schedules, set targets, and lead team meetings; prepare minutes.
• Supervise staff, with recruitment, performance feedback and coaching, and assist with evaluations.
• Audit operations for regulatory compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with principal investigators and sponsors; monitor adverse events and resolve queries.
• Help develop study budgets and manage financial timelines and resources; oversee post-award deliverables.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; inspect study documents and address IRB and FDA requirements.
