Job summary

UCLA Health in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the operational management of clinical trials from setup through closeout. You will ensure protocol accuracy, safety, and timely execution while coordinating with PIs, sponsors and sites across multiple trials.

Ideal candidates bring extensive study coordination experience, strong communication and budgeting skills, and solid knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or three-to seven years of study coordination or clinical research coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and oral communication with PIs, sponsors and teams.
• Knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of clinical studies from design to closeout.
• Coordinate with PIs, sponsors, institutions and staff to ensure compliance and timely study conduct.
• Prioritize tasks to meet study milestones and budgets.
• Support multicenter trials and investigator-initiated research; travel may be required.
