Job summary

University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator B to support the Neurology PAH Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center. You will lead coordination of multi-phase clinical trials, manage enrollment, data collection, and regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance with good clinical practice.

The role involves coordinating with IRB and internal/external partners, maintaining study documentation, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience required.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
• Able to work collaboratively with all levels of management.
• Thorough knowledge of CFR Title 21 and ICH Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinator on complex phase I-IV studies; coordinate protocol compliance and subject visits.
• Manage enrollment, data collection, regulatory submissions, and study documentation.
• Perform regulatory documentation review and ensure budget invoicing and subject payments.
