Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator A to execute clinical research trials at the Neuromuscular Research Division in the Department of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. This onsite role involves participant recruitment, coordination of studies, and communicating updates to patients and study teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science and 1-2 years of related experience. Key responsibilities include managing clinical trial executions and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Prior experience with IRB guidelines and human subject research practices preferred.
• Must have a strong ability to communicate with clinicians, researchers, patients and families.
• Job requires communication with staff and patients outside of office hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing all clinical trial aspects from start to finish.
• Provide support to patients enrolled into clinical trials.
• Host monitoring visits with respective pharmaceutical companies.
• Promote organizational values of patient and visitor satisfaction.
