Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center, Molecular Imaging in Psychiatry Program, seeks a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to build and lead the operational backbone for PET and MRI studies. You will manage visits, data, and regulatory compliance, collaborating across Psychiatry, Radiology, and the Advanced Imaging Research Center.

The role may include 1–2 direct reports, offering leadership experience and growth as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field.
• 4 years of clinical research experience with Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior experience in the UT Southwestern clinical research mentoring program is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants per IRB protocols.
• Coordinate PET/MR imaging visits and blood sampling with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data quality across imaging and clinical data.
• Assist in developing SOPs for imaging workflows and participant logistics.
• Mentor junior coordinators as the program expands.
