Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a CRC Lead to coordinate longitudinal research studies involving wearable sensor data and clinical outcomes. You will screen, recruit, enroll participants, obtain informed consent, and administer standardized assessments in collaboration with investigators.

The role requires strong experience in clinical research coordination, regulatory documentation, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or science-related field.
• 4 years of clinical research experience with Bachelor's degree.
• UT Southwestern mentoring program experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR AED may be required depending on protocols.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subject documentation for each protocol.
• Interact with participants via telephone, telehealth, or in person.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation to meet standards and policies.
• Schedule procedures per protocol and assist with consent processes as needed.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol guidelines.
