Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in HIPAA, FDA regulations, IRB processes, and GCP.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals.
• Oversee data management for research projects, develop systems to organize data and monitor collection.
• Develop study schedules, targets, measurements, and accountabilities; lead team meetings.
• Formally supervise, train, and mentor new staff or students as assigned.
• Audit operations to ensure compliance; monitor IRB submissions and respond to requests.
• Collaborate with principal investigators and study sponsors; monitor adverse events and resolve queries.
• Provide leadership in improving policies/processes and define best practices.
• Develop study budget with staff and PI; track milestones and invoice sponsors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare regulatory documents as needed.
