Under the direction of the Clinical Social Work Supervisor, the Lead Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and development of staff, as well as oversight of key department functions including patient care, supervision of clinical practice of staff, monitoring of financial targets for staff, and administrative duties such as hiring, retaining, and counseling staff. This position works closely with the Clinical Social Work Supervisor and the Division Chair to meet departmental goals.
Evening Shift - 4:00pm to 12:30am
